Since its inception in 2000, our group has invested in four state-of-the-art production facilities, strategically located in Qingdao, Shandong, Wuxi, Jiangsu, and Shanghai，zhongshan,Guangdong. Spanning a total area of 510,000 square meters, our factories are among the world's largest yacht manufacturing hubs, dedicated to the production of both boat , yachts and some unique items. Our Shanghai factory has a proven track record of excellence, having constructed over 2,000 luxury yachts that have graced the waters of Europe, the Americas, and Oceania. Over the years, our Shanghai team has consistently prioritized product research and innovation, resulting in the development of numerous national-level yacht patent technologies. Each yacht we produce is meticulously crafted to meet the highest international standards, as evidenced by the prestigious CE, RCD, and MCA certifications awarded by renowned classification societies such as the Italian RINA, British Lloyd's Register, and French BV. These accolades are a testament to the unwavering quality and craftsmanship that define our brand.

Our diverse product portfolio encompasses a wide range of yachts to suit every taste and requirement. From the Alaska 42-65 foot single and double-station classic series to the stylish and sophisticated Gianetti 45 and 48 foot yachts, and the opulent and spacious Navetta 80 foot and Cortenzo 86 foot yachts, we offer a vessel that perfectly complements your lifestyle. We also excel in the realm of racing yachts, as demonstrated by our successful collaboration in the construction of 10 68-foot sailing boats for the prestigious Clipper Round the World Yacht Race, one of the world's three major sailing events. These vessels have cumulatively sailed over 160,000 nautical miles across four editions of the race, earning accolades for Chinese craftsmanship and garnering high praise from Princess Anne of the British Royal Family. In 2020, we further solidified our reputation as a leading innovator by becoming the official builder of the J70, a World Sailing-certified racing sailboat. The J70 is a highly sought-after vessel in international sailing competitions, renowned for its exceptional performance and stringent safety standards.

Our Qingdao, Shandong factory is a pioneer in the development and production of intelligent marine vessels and integrated RV solutions. With a total area of 60,000 square meters, it is China's largest aluminum alloy boat manufacturing facility, boasting an annual output value exceeding 300 million yuan. Our team of over 300 employees includes 100 highly skilled technicians and 30 dedicated design professionals, all of whom have graduated from prestigious domestic and international shipbuilding institutions. We also collaborate with renowned designers from New Zealand, France, and other countries to ensure that our vessels are at the forefront of design and innovation.

Our Wuxi, Jiangsu facility leverages its extensive experience in aluminum alloy shipbuilding to produce vessels that meet the most stringent international certifications, including CCS, ZC, ABS, BV, DNV, and LR. Our stock Shareholder Jianglong Shipbuilding , established in 2003, and now is a listed company in China Stock Exchange.It owns Zhongshan branch, Zhuhai branch, Aulong Shipbuilding and Hong Kong subsidiary. Main products contain patrol boat, transportation and sightseeing ferry, special work boat and new energy vessel. It is a leading enterprise in China, with capacity of research and development, and production of small and medium sized high-performance boats made with steel, aluminum and composite.

With Austal's advanced technology, manufacturing process, production equipment and management experience, Aulong Shipbuilding, the holding subsidiary of Our stock Shareholder Jianglong Shipbuilding,has produced a number of high-quality ships highly evaluated in the industry, and has delivered the largest high-speed mono-hull and catamaran aluminum passenger ferry in China,and become a pioneer in aluminum boat in China already.

Our stock Shareholder Jianglong Shipbuilding has built more than 1,000 units of modern, high-end and high-performance boats for China Coast Guard, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Ecology and Environment, Ministry of Emergency Management, Ministry of Public Security, China Customs.It also participates in many national key projects and "One Belt, One Road" Project, and delivered various types of law enforcement boats and patrol boat.

In the field of new energy vessel, Our stock Shareholder Jianglong Shipbuilding possesses the power technology of pure electricity, diesel-electricity and methanol fuel, and has started the application research of hydrogen fuel in boat industry.
