1400-ton fireboat (fire fighting rescue boat)

The 1400-ton fireboat is currently the largest professional fireboat in China. Designed by Shanghai Aishen Technology, the vessel features a steel-aluminum composite structure and a single hull design. It measures 60 meters in length, 13 meters in width, and 6 meters in depth, with a design draft of 4 meters. Powered by a twin-engine, twin-propeller system with full-rotation controllable pitch propellers, it has a design speed of 18 knots.

The fireboat is equipped with an advanced firefighting system, including eight water/foam cannons that can operate simultaneously. The main cannon boasts a flow rate of 3600 cubic meters per hour and a range of 230 meters. Among the seven auxiliary water cannons, three have a flow rate of 2400 cubic meters per hour and a range exceeding 180 meters, two have a flow rate of 1200 cubic meters per hour and a range exceeding 130 meters, and the remaining two have a flow rate of 600 cubic meters per hour and a range exceeding 110 meters. All cannons can be operated from the external firefighting control station and via wireless remote control, with manual operation also available.

Furthermore, the vessel is equipped with a full-ship water curtain protection system to shield crew members and firefighters from heat radiation. The stern features a 50-ton bollard pull double cross towing system for emergency towing operations, and two high-speed workboats are onboard, providing emergency rescue and firefighting capabilities. Two bow thrusters ensure DP-2 dynamic positioning compliance, guaranteeing the vessel's stability, maneuverability, and positioning accuracy.

In recent years, MOORGEN has continuously innovated in the field of firefighting vessels, delivering numerous firefighting command and combat vessels and emergency command vessels to units such as the Chongqing Fire Department, Guangzhou Fire Brigade, Huizhou Daya Bay Economic and Technological Development Zone, Zhongshan Fire Rescue Detachment, Hong Kong SAR Government, and Zhuhai Emergency Management Bureau.
